4 well, for everyone, it’s been a hard and challenging situation because we are not able to go out and enjoy, as we use to before, no visiting to our family members, Frontline workers are overwhelmed and to longer hours to meet up with demand lots of offices are on lock down. Also, there are days you go for shopping unlike before and so much more

I will take myself for example, i learnt how to make hand sanitizer and face mask
6 well, some countries built a phone app which helped in tracking down those who are down with the disease, also, there is another online app which helped in asking the individual on how they are feeling and signs and symptoms they are exhibiting. I think that enforcing social distancing, no shaking of hands, no gathering, washing of hands more often or use of sanitizer and lock down really helped in flattening the curve.
7 okay, some of the elite and wealthy in the community provided some goods to the poorest families, some gave money while others were able to train individuals in some special skills. Some landlords also gave food items to their tenants
8 l think that the country where the disease started would’ve call global attention well enough and i believe that they would have nip it in the bud thereby not making it not to spread to the other parts of the world.
1-Health is extremely important because our health status is associated with our physical and mental well-being. Physical health is connected with mental health and those who look after their own health achieve better outcomes in life. For instance, it has been proved scientifically that having a healthy life-style and eating habits helps to improve physical and mental performance. In contrast, those who badly choose their food and daily habits or even ignore mental issues might experience stress-related chronic diseases even in early ages.
2-Having healthy habits is not difficult but requires some discipline. As everything in life, balance is important to achieve a good physical and mental health. For example, some activities and behaviors such as practicing sport, eating healthy, being positive, spending more time with family and friends and avoid unhealthy habits and negative situations can help everyone to stay healthy.
3-In the last decades the concept of health has been dichotomized in physical and mental health. However, despite the split they still connected to each other as the impairment of one might cause issue to the other. Physical health is connected with our physiological system machinery and represents our biological status. Additionally, being physical healthy means that there is a functional harmony from the molecule inside the cell to the whole systems. On the other hand, mental health is associated with our nervous system status, which involve not just neurons cells, neurotransmitter and synapses, but how they are connected. Those structures and substances might reflect how our perception of the world and ourselves is placed. Unfortunately, physical health still the main focus of modern medicine and a lack of a more deep investigation about patients mental health by some physicians might dangerously delay a mental issue diagnose.
4-There have been some unprecedented disruptions caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, such as social distancing and lockdowns, that might trigger some problems and difficulties by those experiencing such challenging times. Beside the fear of catching the virus, risk of death, community transmission, economic crises and everything that might be involved in a pandemic, individuals are facing unexpected challenges and feelings. The lack of social interaction is the major problem as human beings are sociable species and most of our work and social activities involves gathering with co-workers, family and friends. Additionally, the fear of food and daily consumables shortage brought out some bad behavior as there are those who have decided to stockpiling and empty supermarket shelves, showing a selfish attitude.
5-As this pandemic does not have ending deadline, especially until the discovery of the vaccine or a treatment drug, there are those who choose to keep positive and find creative ways to maintain a good atmosphere inside the house despite all restrictions imposed. Families have been spending more time together and some parents that were always busy before, are now finding creative ways to spend time with their kids and keep a positive energy within their home such as playing games together, watching old movies, gardening, trying new recipes or even chatting more about life experiences.
6-During Coronavirus pandemic self-isolation is being mandatory in most countries worldwide and people are using technology in their favor to cope with social restrictions. For instance, internet gives us a broad of possibilities to still connect and talking with those that we love and care. Additionally, for some people working from home still possible because meeting and work material exchanges can happen online. Furthermore, leisure time has been adapted from outside activities to inside distractions such as watching streamed movies, podcast and seeing favorites singers and bands live stream concerts.
7-During this pandemic the most courageous actions are taking by health care workers. In my opinion, they are the biggest example of modern heroes in such challenging times. Although, all mandatory hospital protection equipment such as masks, face shield and coats, health care workers still putting themselves in risk while assisting Coronavirus victims in critical situation. The lack of vaccine or drug treatment for the Coronavirus does not stop doctor, nurses or all those involved in hospital network of going to work every day and helping to support and trying to save critical Coronavirus patients’ lives.
8-Unfortunately, some information about Coronavirus still obscure. For instance, the real virus origin still under debate, as well as the timing between the outbreak beginning in China and the disclosure to the World Health Organization. There have been those who say that the delay in the release of information about the virus spread potential and possible harm to world population is the major cause of this pandemic situation and all deaths around the world. I believe that politicians are putting economic and political interests ahead of the importance of people`s lives. Furthermore, this uncontrolled virus spread was consequence of ambitious and selfish governments` representatives who chose keep economic stability rather than population safety.
