Hi Liz.. I’m 15. I just wrote my IELTS exams on January 6th and I must say that your page was very helpful for my preparations. I had no text book to revise. All I used was your website as a comprehensive study. Before I started watching your videos and reading your tips and model answers, I had no idea that I would write the exam successfully. But with constant practice in all the aspects, I hope to get a good score score. I wrote the academic module. Please continue updating your page as it helps a lot of people. Good evening Liz mam….dear mam i am completely confused that at the place of beginning like To emark on,commence with Etc.can i use emballish word at the place of these words.tell me .and please defuse my stess.

“outskirts” means the area around the city rather than just countryside which might be further away.

Hello Liz,your page was recommended by a friend and i have been here for about two weeks.I have found your videos really useful.My exams will come up on the 6th January just in a matter of days and i feel like i haven’t prepared enough for my speaking and writing.
What do i do to do in the next couple of days to improve my chances of getting high band.

I have aproblem with writing the essays.. i find some topics hard to develop ideas which makes me really disappointed..
Can you please take one essay every day to talk about ideas we can use in writing like that topic you discussed before about maternity leave.
